This is a really great product for relieving muscle tension. I purchased it with relieving back muscle tension in mind but have discovered how versatile and effective it is in dealing with tightness in other parts of the body. In the short time I have it I've found it enormously beneficial. I'm 52 and a keen golfer. I use it before and after games and practice. The Back Baller is sturdy and well thought out in it's construction. I would highly recommend it for sports people and non-sports people alike.

Firstly I have to say that after a few weeks I love the Back Baller. My back feels and works better than it has in years. The first week it hurt so much I thought I had made a huge mistake, which I think I had by using it too often to start with. My personal experience is that it will hurt at first and you should probably only use it alternate days until your muscles start to relax a little. I also suggest that when you get to a place that hurts just hold still for a bit rather than roll it out. My only criticism is that I would have liked some more detailed instructions although on Youtube I did find a video of the inventor that was useful. I wonder how many give up because they use it too often at the outset. Now I wouldn't be with out it though, I have a rotator cuff issue that is posture related and it has improved things a great deal in a few weeks.

Absolutely solid piece of equipment, its helped me add 11 pounds of solid muscle in 5 weeks of rolling.

At first I was apprehensive about the back baller when I first seen it advertised an thought "what the hell" best purchase I've ever made the ease of use the back cracking of bones that are over used although the first few times of using it was a little sore and tender but that will be the breakup of lactic acids that have accumulated over the years and killing the knots nearly 2 weeks have passed since purchase and the movement and twists bending stretching i can now say I feel I'm in a new body compared to the aches and pains I used to have.

Only fear I had prior to purchasing the Back Baller pertianed to my diminished level of fitness and would I even be able to use this product. Received it on Tuesay and used it Tuesday night and last night. Amazing ease of use and a thorough work out. Slept extremely well last night. Have a lot of lower back damage with right leg affected owing to nerve damage and I can honestly say the Back Baller loosened me out a great deal and gave me substantial pain relief. Might have to purchase another one as my partner used it and I think there will be arguments as to who gets to use it... Very happy indded so far. Have purchased a whole load of gadgets over the years but this is the first that I would consider a proper piece of kit...

Can't believe how well it works I actually felt better after 1 go on it as hav alot of problems with higher and lower back muscle tightness highly recommend this machine ,was sceptical bout buying it as most machine do nothing for you but I'm so glad I did it's my new best friend now and customer service 101 per cent

Treated myself post Christmas to one of these based on reviews. I have used rollers before one of which looks like it is out of a torture chamber and I don't enjoy using This one is great as the combination of both rollers allows for more rigidity whilst on the roller and therefore the required areas are easily targeted It certainly went deep into my back during the 2 minutes required but there is definately an on going improvement This therefore is not a gimmick or just another variation on a theme.It takes rolling to a new level If you are thinking about it then I would say don't as you won't regret it because its a good investment in your health and training Nick Woodall

I had a bad car accident about five years ago, I broke my sternum and tore all the major muscles from my neck, shoulder and lower back. During recovery from the crash I didn't get physio or advice from the doctors for the muscle damage and as a result the muscles repaired themselves incorrectly as I had to remain static with a broken sternum. I have suffered for years from pain, tightness etc and I've been to osteopaths, chiropractors, amatsu therapists to beat the band. I genuinely have only noticed a difference when I bought and used the back baller! My muscles are looser every morning I wake up, I have better mobility and it doesn't hurt to turn my neck. Absolutely the best money I've ever spent
