Delivery

We aim to deliver all UK & Ireland orders within 2 working days from time of purchase (Up To 4PM Ea. Day), Western Europe 3 working days. Other Countries may vary but all orders are dispatched on a timely manner and delivered via traceable courier service. We work from our warehouses in Shannon, IRE & Clacton On Sea in the UK.

Returns Policy

We operate a 60 calendar day returns policy – so you can try the product and return it if it’s not to your satisfaction. Goods Returned Process

To return goods you must first ring our customer services department 061 364085 and advise them of your intention to return the goods please make sure you have your personal details, order number and date of order to hand.

Our agent will provide you with a returns authorisation code. This code is only valid for 14 days and must be shown clearly on the label of the goods and any documentation being returned. Goods sent back (after the expiry of the statutory distance selling cooling off period) without prior returns authorisation will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged. We strongly suggest that you return the goods via recorded or special delivery and keep a proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only.

Once we have the return you’ll be refunded. We cover/lose the cost of sending it out, unfortunately we can’t bear the cost of having it returned also. Returns are a frightful waste of money, you do still have a superb product in hand, perhaps it’s worth considering passing it onto someone whom you’d know would love it.

Note; Due to efforts towards excellent customer service & consumer satisfaction with our products returns are a rare occurrence. 

Refunds

Full refund of the cost of the goods is conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.

Goods received back complete as NEW and UNDAMAGED and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price – less delivery charges and cost of accessories. How long does a refund take?

We aim to refund your money in as quick a time as possible. However it may take a few days to appear on your card as it is processed by the banks’ system.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
