I've recently bought the BackBaller and would highly recommend it. I always avoided the foam roller - but the backballer makes rolling much easier and more comfortable. Very simple but effective.

Excellent product, easy to use and well worth it's price

Much better than an ordinary roller, really targets those important muscles. Starting off can be tough but stick with it. Solid build, well worth it.
