The backballer is a great tool for myofascial release and anyone with aches and pains, either before or after activity or just in general. I can't fault the product at all. What I can fault is the way it was delivered. There was no protection to the box at all and the box arrived with a big dint in it. All I can recommend is that you send these out either in an extra box or make sure that it is sufficiently protected by wrapping the back baller in bubble wrap.

I've lived with lower back pain for almost 30 yrs on and off. Like others here I've done the usual physio/chiropractor visits but the pain returns eventually. This device while not promising to rid me of the pain infinito will allow me to self medicate so to speak with expensive visits to said professionals when it recurs. Short of acupuncture or continual medication, this product is a far better and cheaper option, and glad that I purchased one it releases back tension or knots when required. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering slight or moderate back pain.

Back pain-never ending story, hard to get rid of it. After many experiences with chiropractors, acupuncture and foam rollers this product is a far better and cheaper option. I am so happy that I purchased one, it releases my back tension everyday. Some illustrated instructions are tricky to do but is easy adjust to yourself. Highly recommend ! !

I was so frustrated with an IT band injury that wasn't healing, and my regular foam roller was moving about on the floor too much. I'm a part-time fitness instructor, so injuries are bad news, and I was impatient and demoralised. The day after my first rolling session and the IT band is no longer sore to touch, and the tightness is gone from around my knees. I'm going to make rolling part of my daily routine.

I find the back baller great - suffer with upper body pain and this gets the knots out, great relief.

Great product. Find it so much easier to roll on than the traditional foam roller. Was worried about it not having spikes but it doesn't need them at all.

I love the BackBaller as it's so easy to use, a lot better than a normal roller as it's off the floor. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I have suffered with back pain for years. I have went to various type of therapists to help with it. The back baller is so good for the whole body. Not just the back. I use it every day. It's so easy to do a few mins on it a few times a day while watching tv. Really good product and wish I had bought it sooner when I heard of it first. Go and buy it. You will not regret it. 👍👍

The backballer is a fantastic product. So much more effective than your conventional foam roller. It hits all the right spots and is especially great for anyone with back pain. Definitely worth every penny.
