Easier to use than a regular roller; very effective
I was so frustrated with an IT band injury that wasn’t healing, and my regular foam roller was moving about on the floor too much. I’m a part-time fitness instructor, so injuries are bad news, and I was impatient and demoralised. The day after my first rolling session and the IT band is no longer sore to touch, and the tightness is gone from around my knees. I’m going to make rolling part of my daily routine.
