Good pain relief

I have had the backballer for over 3 months & honestly say it's great. Just now had pain across by hips & after a few rolls instant relief. I'm aware it's not a physio but it's ideal if suffering in pain & you need your back "cracked" . Look If your backs in pain try this for €60 cheaper than multiple visits to a physio. It may not root cause your issue but it helps in pain relief & good as a foam roller for easing out stiff & sore muscles. 10/10
