Epicness

I got a BackBaller on https://noelmarshallst.wpengine.com/product/exercise-foam-roller/. My L4 and L5 discs were lying against my spinal sac and against my sciatica. I also have arthritis in by knees and back. I used it yesterday for the first time. You can feel it working straight away nearly. They have a set routine. I felt the burn today though but my discs are not sore like yesterday morning before I used it. I since bought the smooth rollers to do a combo of the two??? Noel Marshall you are a legend!
