Love my new MuscleBaller its great bring in my bag on the road to games.

I purchased the muscle baller as it's much smaller than the back baller, which I tried and loved. I can easily bring the muscle baller with me to events. One major downside though, is it's unstable, especially if I do any work on my back, it just falls over and I crash to the floor. Hence 3 stars

Purchased 2 Back Stretchers in January, 4 of us using them. Expected a basic how to use the product sheet but none came with it. I believe that no exercise product should be sold without a step through on how best to use the product. It could be easy to cause damage to the back without this important information. We all have found this very good for stretching the back. You can feel your standing straighter after use.

Bought The Backballer about 18 months. Used it then, as I was having a few lower back issues, then it lay around the house after the discomfort had gone away. Over the last couple of months I have been using it more as a prevention is better than a cure approach, with excellent results. Very easy to use. Muscles need looking after, and this does the job really well.

Great grip and love the exercise programme

Having lower back and glute problems, when I saw the Backballer advertised, after reading some reviews, I took the plunge and ordered one. Its had an instant effect. My lower back pains are about 10% of what they were previously, and my legs are getting better and better each time I use it. I use it 4 or 5 times a week for about 5-10 mins, I have it under the sofa in the sitting room, and use it whilst watching tv. I would definitely recommend this.

Hi I recently purchased the Back Stretcher and didn't buy instructions for use because I though I could figure it out. Would love if it had come with basic exercises to do. Should have bought the exercise sheet

I bought this for my husband after seeing it on the Late Late. He absolutely loves it. He had a roller but the backballer is much easier to use after exercise. One of the best presents I’ve ever bought him. Great product!
