Very good product and gives instant relieve from tired and stiff muscles. Only minus is that it is a little bulky for taking to places outside the house.

I'm delighted with my "back baller" it's working wonders on my upper back and glutes. It has also become a daily fix for my husband and 16yr old son. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
