Been using this product for a while now and has done wonders on tight and fatigued muscles, haven't had a tight or painful back since using the backballer this is why I gave it a 5 star as wouldn't think it would work as good as it does! It's a must buy.

Love the backballer so much easier to use than an ordinary foam rolller as it doesnt move around the floor with you! Great for grtting deep into your back & shoulders too! Would highly recommend it!

Very easy to use , use every morn after I wake and in the evenings after work . Really gets the knots out . Can target areas easily and go as deep as u want . My back is really improving after only 2 weeks. Highly recommend
