Love the backballer so much easier to use than an ordinary foam rolller as it doesnt move around the floor with you! Great for grtting deep into your back & shoulders too! Would highly recommend it!

Very easy to use , use every morn after I wake and in the evenings after work . Really gets the knots out . Can target areas easily and go as deep as u want . My back is really improving after only 2 weeks. Highly recomm
