Best roller I have ever purchased and I have had a few. I have had serious back pain for 2 years and after 2 years of using each day/every other day I am feeling a lot of relief. I am not going to say I am 100% cured but fingers crossed with a few more weeks/months I will be back to normal. Well pleased. 👍

Absolutely brilliant product. I used to suffer with upper back pain but this brilliant. It's a really firm roller targeting all the right areas. It's great to be able to roll out and stay in one place, easier to support yourself than other rollers. Would definitely recommend.

Far superior than any foam roller and its great to stay in one spot and not end up moving all over the place. Much easier on the hands also. Its easy move through the various muscle groups. Normally I would just have stuck to the hamstrings if that was where the problem was but now I start from the back and move down. The one for the back really works and I can feel heat immediately after it, which is obviously the blood starting to flow - always had a tight back from sitting at work all day. Working on my tight hamstring was easy and it freed out in a few days. Also much better for loosening out those tight knots in the calves that most of us runners have. Happy out overall and have recommended to others in my club and some have purchased since I got it.

Very impressed with this roller, Its more intense and stable than any high density foam roller. Its a workout in its own right. I was unable use it two days in a row. It works.

I am a pilates and yoga teacher and the Back Baller is a fantastic product. There are always times where I need a little easing out after activities such as gardening and this is like a dream, giving the body so much more than the traditional single foam roller I have recommended it to some of my pupils and family, I feel everyone should have one at home!

Great product! Simple but very effective. It has released a huge amount o f tension throughout my back and legs, and freed up my movements & flexibility. Very happy with it & would definitely recommend to anyone with a bad back
