I was a little sceptical about this at first and I initially bought it for loosening the leg muscles. Once I started the 20 min program I never realised how tight my back was!! I now use this religiously everyday and would definitely recommend this to anybody. Have noticed a huge difference in my posture when running ..... thank you :0)

Have the back baller for about 2 weeks & I think it's brilliant. Long standing shoulder problem better & it has also resolved a back issue. V tough initially but well worth sticking with it. Would highly recommend back baller

I purchased this item for my husband for his birthday as this was something that he wanted. Unfortunately when it was delivered it didn't come in any packaging just the box it self. As my husband was the one who received this package he now knows what he was getting for his birthday. SURPRISE!!

Fantastic product so easy to use and the results are brilliant especially on those hard training weeks it gives great relief so you can put that little extra into your training...

I've had this product about two weeks now and I feel much better, got rid of all my aches and pains. Well worth the money. It could do with better instructions tho, maybe a dvd

I found the backballer fantastic!! It really got right into the muscles and allows me to be a lot freer on my runs.

Overall the the backballer is the best investment in the aftercare spend for a person that does sport or fitness classes, it keeps the body right and recovery is much faster than traditional foam rolling for 1 reason you can't go wrong with the backballer because of its design. TOPCLASS

Great adaptation to mount rollers on a platform! May not be for everyone, but awesome for those that are able to use it...which are most!
