Suffering from lower back pain and tried this product, has made a great difference, highly recommend this product.

Tried it only 3 times since 19/2/18. Getting easier to use each time. One has to be fit and agile to do programme. Not sure if i am doing exercises correctly. Will persevere.

It is very sturdy, good value, delivered as stated. However, one needs to be agile to use it. It is good when you get the hang of it. .

Excellent for back and shoulder tension. Works just like a deep tissue massage. Amazing!
