By far the best foam roller you can get. Bracket means the rollers stay put giving you greater stability in rolling (I like the green ones with the nodules, but if you think that would be too harsh, get the pink smooth rollers). So that is a five star from me. I cannot fault it. And I have just taken delivery of the Ballerband 60cm set, on the same day I had an ultrasound guided injection for a frozen shoulder that I have had for 14 months. These bands are ideal for self physio, multiple strength bands from ultra thin, to extra heavy. Just now had pain across by hips & after a few rolls instant relief. I'm aware it's not a physio but it's ideal if suffering in pain & you need your back "cracked" . Look If your backs in pain try this for €60 cheaper than multiple visits to a physio.
